Merapi Volcano

Merapi is a stratovolcano in central Java. Merapi has had 68 historic eruption since 1548. The current eruption began in 1987. Because of Merapi's violent past and its close proximity to Yogyakarta it was designated a Decade Volcano and is the target of increased research efforts. Photo by Jack Lockwood, U.S. Geological Survey, September 6, 1982.

Merapi is a stratovolcano with an active summit lava dome. It is located ~30 km immediately north of Yogyakarta, a city with a population of 500,000. Merapi has the unfortunate distinction of producing more nuee ardentes than any other volcano on Earth. The nuee ardentes result from collapse of the lava dome at the summit. Of the 67 historic eruptions 32 have had nuee ardentes associated with them. Eleven of these eruptions resulted in fatalities. Merapi is closely monitored by the Volcanological Survey of Indonesia. Kadong school is in the lower left of this photo. Barriers (just left of the stream valley) have protected the school fromlahars. In 1979, heavy rainfall mobilized old lahar deposits to create landslides that travelled as far as 12 miles (20 km) downslope. In late November of 1994, collapse of a lava dome at Merapi generated pyroclastic flows and surges that travelled as far as 5 miles (7.5 km) from the summit. The flows and surges killed 43 people. The plume associated with the dome collapse rose 6 miles (10 km) above the volcano. Over 6,000 people were evacuated. The eruption also started fires.

My hobby is unique

Surely those who first heard and told me the strange and arguably less people kerjaaan whereas in my hobby is a lot of positive values because the bus is not only used as a transportation alone but we can make it somewhere friendship or brotherhood among users of transport.

I loved riding the bus since I was 6 years old at which time I was a child I often visited the grandparents who are in Yogyakarta with my family, my first bus ride feel different impression because I can feel free melihan scenery along the way I would with comfort the same as the difference plane plane melihan scenic ride down if BUS see the sights up heheh, Every time I get on the bus that I seek first is the front seat anyone know why ?? Yups true so I can see free unhindered view of the front passenger seat I, I always ask my parents that if booked tickets in advance so that the front seats are always safe for me, well start from where I've liked the bus until now

But Hobby me not only to climb the bus alone but perpetuate the bus object in a photo or in the language kerenya Photograph Bus, Bus Photography is a photo-perpetuating activity around the object in the form of bus both in the termina, highways, resort, tourist places anyway anywhere as long as its object is the Bus, a unique hobby Indeed this one but other than that the other is not .Jarang of people who love this hobby but his name already love ya can not help it if the language cause this is my life style hehehe, Okay I'll give My bus photograph some of the results are still in the stage of open newbie photographer advised me hehe reliable.
